Objectives of our association

• To serve as a hub for individuals, groups, associations, or legal entities who are consultants, auditors, tool developers, and/or service providers in personal data protection and related activities.
• To act as a central body for coordinating and supporting data protection efforts in collaboration with various organizations involved in data protection, including government agencies, private sector, civil society, and others.
• To promote the development and enhancement of knowledge, skills, experience, and information beneficial to personal data protection for members, as well as individuals and organizations interested in data protection.
• To serve as a central network for fostering relationships and mutual support among members.
• To function as a consulting body providing training, preliminary assessments, evaluations, and selection processes for data protection consultants, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s regulations on criteria and procedures for Thai consultant registration.
• To promote and collaborate with other charitable organizations for public benefit.
• To refrain from any political activities.
